Collaborative Leadership: Building Jobsite Leaders
70% Market Share
Representatives from your company are invited to attend an exciting and progressive training called Collaborative Leadership Training. An international program developed by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, it has already been delivered to hundreds of management-level employees from top construction companies in the Eastern Atlantic States region alone, with a growing number adopting it as part of their internal annual training cycle.
Successful delivery of projects today requires consistent evolution of management skills and communication. Collaborative Leadership Training will help members of your management teams recognize common obstacles, harness their collective experience and develop new skills to overcome those obstacles together.
The three-day program is suitable for employees of signatory contractors at any level of management and experience, including foremen, estimators, project managers and even company owners. Past attendees recommend that at least two employees participate together, though adding more will help greater adoption of lessons learned.
